Enrollment is a two step process.  First, you must contact the enrollment center and obtain a registration packet.  The completed packet must then be brought to Community Day Nursery where you will complete enrollment. 

Step 1:   Call the Enrollment Center to schedule an appointment.  Registration is by appointment only.   Appointments are available 8:30 am – 11:30 am Monday through Friday.

Step 2:    Bring the completed registration packet to Community Day Nursery to complete the enrollment process.

Registration packet includes:                                                                                                           Child's birth certificate                                                                                                                           Record of immunizations                                                                                                               Universal Health Record                                                                                                                         Completed Pink Form from the enrollment center

Eligibility Requirements:                                                                                                             

Must reside in East Orange                                                                                                

Must be 3 or 4 years old by October 1
